The Curse of the Forgotten Pirate

Ever since Grandpa Faris died, Emil has lived in his crooked old house by the sea. New town, no friends, no Berlin. Just the wind howling around the house at night. And sometimes it whispers.

In the attic, Emil finds a book that is warm and breathes. It carries him aboard the Nauras, to Sinbad the Sailor himself. Together with Leyla from next door, Emil sneaks into the cemetery at night. A shadow made of smoke is waiting there, and it knows his name.
